Supporting Candidate Email Delivery
There are a huge variety of systems, software and personal preferences that are very effective at stopping our lovely emails from being delivered to your candidates. In addition, human error such as incorrect email addresses and the deletion of invite emails prevents access to our questionnaires.

'Campaign Admin' Menu has moved!
In preparation of our FindingPotential 360 roll-out, the ‘Campaign Admin’ menu item has moved from the top navigation bar. Hover over the ‘Candidates’ menu to access Campaign Admin.

Temporary Interruption to Service
At 14:50 GMT today there was a temporary issue with our services. This was corrected within 5 minutes but there may have been disruption for users and candidates completing questionnaires.
There is no need to contact us on this issue: for users please re-logon to the Assessment Manager; for candidates please click the link you have been sent in the invite email to re-start the questionnaire.

Account Settings
Temporary issues with Account Settings within the FindingPotential Assessment Manager have now been resolved.
Assessment Manager Login Issues
There has been a temporary issue with users unable to login to the Assessment Manager. As at 14:32 this problem has now been resolved. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Email Delivery - User Support Tip
Some candidates will experience difficulties receiving invite emails due to spam/junk email filtering at various points in the email delivery process. One way to combat this problem is to also enter your email address (as the user/administrator) into the Email Address field when you add a candidate. By doing this you will get a copy of the invite email which can then be forwarded on in the event...
Personality - International English
There is an issue generating reports for the International English version of our Personality Questionnaire. This affects recruiter reports only. An update will be posted here as soon as this is resolved.
